Social Media Wizz (volunteer)
Are you passionate about cycling, sustainability and community but maybe getting greasy hands isn't your thing?
ABK is looking for someone to give our social media presence a bit of zing!

We are looking to boost our presence on Facebook and Instagram with engaging, thoughtful content related to ABK directly and broader local issues concerning sustainable transport and cycling.

​

This role would be perfect for an experienced social media manager looking for a volunteer opportunity in their local community or someone studying media and marketing wanting to give some of their ideas a try with a captive audience.

​

The role includes:

• creating, planning and scheduling posts for Facebook and Instagram

• promotion of local issues relating to sustainable transport and cycling

• moderating Facebook and Instagram comments

​

The right person would ideally be Adelaide based and have skills and experience that include:

• excellent written and visual communication skills including correct spelling and grammar

• knowledge of social media strategy and community engagement

• ability to work independently and remotely

• experience with the Facebook and Instagram platforms and the Meta Business Suite

• Ability to use Canva or other illustration software
